Lumen-Pro is an AI-agent automation platform operated by Elite AI Empire ("we"). You ("Customer") access flows that connect third-party services via OAuth.
You grant Lumen-Pro access to third-party services via OAuth. We request the minimum scopes needed (read-only by default). Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). You can revoke at any time via /pro/connections.
Flows can use AI agent reasoning to decide whether to fire on each trigger. Agent decisions are non-deterministic; the same trigger may produce different decisions on different runs. New flows operate in "review-mode" for the first 10 runs (the flow always fires, but the agent's would-be decision is recorded so you can validate). After review-mode, the agent's decision is binding unless you set the flow to "force fire".
You are the final approver of any agent-influenced behavior. Empire is not liable for agent decisions made on your behalf via flows you have configured. Your remedy for any defect in the Service is service credit equal to one month's subscription fee.
Empire-authored templates are MIT-licensed. User-published templates are licensed under Business Source License 1.1 (BSL): commercial use OK; hosted resale (offering the template as a service yourself) is NOT permitted without a separate agreement.
Runs are counted as: any flow trigger that fired AND was not skipped by agent reasoning. Skipped-by-agent runs do NOT count toward your quota. Overage is billed via Stripe metered billing at the rate published on /pro/usage.
